Overview

A local dermatologist and top hair transplant surgeon was looking to expand brand visibility on the web. We helped them navigate the process, strategy and implementation of video and podcast distribution.

Challenges

Time. The doctor had little of it. The onus of posting, designing thumbs, writing descriptions, links, tracking social posting – whew. All us. And gladly!

Our goal was to take all of the burden off of himself and his staff, while also delivering a stellar product.

Strategy

Our team decided the best approach was to leverage long-form content, and repurpose across social channels as shorts and 3-5 minute standard video.

We combined this approach with social posts and custom thumbnails to make the posts and video really pop.

As a result, within a short period, the practice YouTube channel saw explosive growth. We also added tracking links to descriptions, so we could attribute any leads to social and video activity (which there were!).

Results

Slow and steady wins the race – big time! Not only did our client make huge gains within just a few blocks of their school, they managed to massively increase visibility over a mile away from the school as well!

The result was a large influx in leads, which their sales team handles brilliantly to create a steady stream of new music lovers at a great ROI.
